What is Hyvital® Wheat Glutamine and how is it produced?

Hyvital® Wheat Glutamine hydrolysates are derived from natural wheat protein. Using an enzymatic treatment, the large protein molecules are split into small groups of amino acids, called peptides, which contain the amino acid Glutamine. The enzymes used are food grade, there are two variants: Hyvital® Wheat Glutamine GN and Hyvital® Wheat Glutamine PA. The latter is specifically designed for acidic formulations.
